Well, I finally arrived in France. I thought I was going to miss my flight coming out of Houston. It was a tense 5 laps around IAH due to my father's and my inability to read signs. Toronto's airport is a disaster, it took 4 buses and 1.5 hours to move me the requisite 25 yards to my connecting terminal.
Paris was quite hot, and we sweated like wild pigs all day long on the first day. The guy in the apartment next to us opted to not wear his clothing, and instead pranced about in his undies. Another neighbor plays the piano, while still another grunts in a manner that is not quite human.
Today we took in the Museum of Modern Art, Museum of Impressionism, Notre Dame, Sacre Coeur, Eiffel Tower and multiple subway lines. We went joyriding on the lines for quite a long time due to our inability to direct ourselves. Steph (Emily's sister for those of you not "in the know") picked up some guys who attempted to woo her by screaming "mother-bleeper."
Au revior!
